Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. This division of primary care provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, sexes, diseases, and parts of the body. • VISIT PREPARATION
| - | Please bring your current prescription bottles (with labels). |
| - | Optional: Bring any expired medications for safe disposal. |
| - | Optional: Write down a problem list/reasons for your visit. This can help the doctor maximize his time with each patient. |
